Provence Country Club is situated in the heartland of Provence, a short drive time brings you to the unique provencal town of l’Isle sur la Sorgue and the beautiful villages of Gordes, Fontaine de Vaucluse , Saumane and its castle with whom we share our logo.
The site is surrounded by the mountain ranges of the Luberon and the Monts de Vaucluse and the views from the Golf Course are breathtaking. The Golf Course originally built in 1989 and designed by Jean GARAIALDE is today one of the finest in France, a true test of Golf played on magnificent playing surfaces with views that remain in the memory long after the round is finished.
We are however much more than just a Golf Course. Our on-site overnight accommodation of 1 and 2 bedroom flats built in small provencal 2 storey houses in 2005, all have magnificent views from the large terraces. The flats are totally equipped and the complete 4 star hotel service is operated by Madame Vacances, one of France’s leading operators. Our Club House also opened in 2005, is Provence at its modern best.
Pro Shop, locker rooms, a first floor bar and restaurant with dining terraces that provide super views, and at night our lakes with their lighted fountains and woods provide a backdrop to your evening . Two conference rooms are available for group bookings. A fitness centre, tennis court and infinity pool complete the total vacation environment. Buggies, new practice ground, club hire and short course complete the total Golf experience.
As you we’ll see from this web site, they are many options for a Golf holiday that is quite unique in the European Golf vacation market, whether that be for a group of golfers large or small. And just importantly this experience is equally special for groups that have both golfers and non golfers. My father and I started this project 20 years ago and are immensely proud of it and we want you to share that experience.
